Terms and Conditions

To start with

  • Please get in touch with me to book your trial lesson. I will coordinate with you to schedule a time that works for both of us.

Booking　NEW (01/05/26)

  • Students who commit to weekly or bi-weekly lessons (regular students) can own their fixed slots.
  • For students who take weekly or bi-weekly lessons, your teacher will pre-book your slots up to three months in advance to ensure your preferred time is secured. The teacher will continue to update these bookings periodically.
  • You may book the lessons by yourself. If you forget to book and someone else takes your slot, the person who booked first gets the slot.
  • For students who wish to take lessons irregularly, please reserve a slot up to 1 month in advance.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations and rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours before your lesson. Otherwise, you will be charged for the class.
  • You can cancel your lessons from the booking site you used to book.
  • You can reschedule your lessons if there is any availability.
  • Cancellation for group lessons: only a complete class cancellation is acceptable.

Please understand that I have to charge for every short-notice cancellation, including illnesses, for these reasons:

  • I reserve a time slot for each student and cannot find another client at short notice.
  • I would have already spent time preparing for the lesson.
  • I must apply my terms and conditions to all students equally.

Payment

  • Please pay monthly in advance.
  • Payment must be made at least 24 hours before the first lesson of the month.
  • When a cancellation occurs, the difference is calculated at the end of the month. You will receive a refund, which will be applied to next month’s fee.
  • My preferred payment method for all my UK students is a direct bank transfer.  When a payment is made, please let me know who is making it.
  • International students: PayPal payments are acceptable.

Others

  • Students under eighteen must submit written permission from their parents or guardian before the first lesson starts.
  • If a regular student cancels lessons several times a month, I may ask them to release their fixed slot to a prospective student if there is one. 

These terms and conditions will be applied on the 1st of May 2026.
